The two students that I am discipling, Kyle and Eliot, and myself have been able to spend quite a few hours on campus each week, meeting and initiating spiritual conversations with students. These two students have been focusing on training their evangelistic muscles, which has been growing for all of us! It has been quite encouraging to see them grow and become more comfortable with stepping out and faith and standing up for what is true! They have even gone out a couple times by themselves! Our evangelistic tool of choice this semester is Perspective Cards (see picture). This tool is effective at helping us quickly determine what the core beliefs of the student we're talking with are and allows us to easily communicate what we as Christians believe. We went out in groups of three and spent 2 hours initiating conversation with people on the streets of Manitou Springs with hopes of having a chance to share the Gospel.
